Just being curious , does anyone has an idea of how our citizenship applications are processed by the caseworkers? What steps are followed ??

The answer has to be "no" - apart from published caseworker guidance notes there is very little known of the internal machinations in UKVI. And highly unlikely that insiders contribute on this or other boards - they'd be be breaking the law (Official Secrets Act). We can only guess based on what applicants ask or report.
