NM1 question

Hi All,

My daughter was born in the UK in 2014. I was on Tier 2 G and my wife was my dependant. We then extended our visas in 2016 and my daughter also got a dependant visa. We now got the ILR and our daughter is still on dependant visa.

What will happen once her visa will expire and we will not apply through NM1 before her visa will expire? Will she be an overstatey or she can still live in the Uk without any problems and can be registered as British once we will submit the NM1 form even after her dependant visa expire? Thanks.

No issue. She has an entitlement to register and if under 10, she does NOT have to meet the good character requirements.

Hi CR001 and thanks a lot for your reply! I will post my ILR experience in forum as a contribution.

Do you know where can I find what specific documents are required for NM1 application for section 1(3)? Thanks.

In the MN1 form and guidance notes or if you use the online form you get a checklist at the end.
