Hello,

I got my ILR approved a month ago but my one child, who is 3 years old has Tier 2 general depended visa whereas other child does not have any visa right now as the baby was born in the UK a few months before my ILR approval.

Can you please guide me if I can registering 'both' the children as British Citizen? and is this MN1 form https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -07-18.pdf will be used for the application?

yes, both children born in the UK.
Father is on ILR and mother will apply for ILR next year as her 5 years in the UK will complete next year.

Since both are born in UK and father has got ILR. You can apply to get them registered as BC
