Last 7 questions before submitting my application

Hi there,
I'm finishing filling out my application form and gathering the supporting documents.
I still have a 7 questions before booking my appointment with the NCS.
I hope someone can help me here as I'm not sure what kind of advice they are allowed to give at the NCS.

1-Section 1.1, when they ask for a reference number used in my immigration application. All I have is my PR card and the letter from the home office. What should I write? Should I leave blank?

2-I ticked unmarried partner. Should I give my unmarried partner details on page 9?

3-Section 1.49 Tax ref number. Should I put my own or the one of my limited company of which they ask details about in the previous section?

4-Good character. All I have is a PCN for parking (no FPN). Should I disclose it and if yes, where? On page 22?

5-I own my limited company so I use PAYE. Are payslips and p60s ok for the supporting documents or do I still need HMRC statements? If yes, which ones the company or mine?

6-If I'm joining my payslips and p60s, they are print outs, as all I receive are digital payslips and P60s. Is that ok? Or should I ask my accountant to provide me with certified copies of some sorts?

7-Do I need to include the payslips and p60 from employers older than 5 years? I already have letters from them confirming employment and dates.

Or are they asking about the employer's reference number starting with 3 numbers?

Hiya,
Will try to help.

1-

2. I left mine blank, as we are not married, so his details were not needed and I was not applying based on being married to a UK citizen.

6. I also have mine as electronic ones printed out, and that's what I send off. it was accepted.

7. You don't I believe. I attached just in case a print off I got with all the tax I paid since I arrived to the UK, but letters were fine (I think I sent the other info as somewhere it says the letters should have the earnings, and mine only had dates).

Maybe someone else can help with the rest!

I am looking sort of the same questions to be answered as yours... Did you get any other replies also was your application approved??
