Employment history which is not indicated on HMRC statement

Hi All,
What if a potential short term employment (temping) was not listed on Hmrc? There’s no record with HMRC the employment occurred at all! Not sure if this is because the company did not declare it? Should it still be put on the application? Just wondering what the general advice is?
