I am EU citizen.
I moved to the UK on 1 Aug 2010.
Applied for Document Certifying Permanent Residence after 5y1m: 1 Sep 2015
Received Document Certifying Permanent Residence: 15 Nov 2015

In theory I could apply for BC on 15 Nov 2016, but in Mar 2016 (4 months after received Permanent Residence) I moved out of Europe.

Now, I am planing to move back to the UK.
Does it mean I need to wait 1 year till I apply for BC ? Or I need to wait again for 5 years to match the criteria (no more than 270 days outside of the UK in the last 5 years) ?

My understanding is that if you are absent from the UK for 2 or more years (as you have been), you lose you PR and have to start again from scratch.

It is 450 days absence limit in the last 5 years and 90 days absence limit in the last 12 months prior to applying for citizenship.
