Hi,
I m asking on a friend’s behalf. This friend of mine recently applied for her naturalization through NDRS+JCAP. She submitted her passport application form with payment details using her debit card. She lost the card a couple of days ago and has had to get it cancelled and apply for a new debit card. She now needs to know how she can change the debit card details on the form and what is the best way to get it done ASAP. Any help or pointing in the right direction will be appreciated. Thank you

Usually the passport payment deduct after around 2 weeks from the NDRS appointment. Ask her to check her account to see whether her payment has already been deducted. If that’s the case she doesn’t need to do anything. Otherwise she can ask this question from HMPO and then you can share what was the outcome
