I am currently on my ILR and planning to take British Passport next month.
My wife is on a ILR dependant visa at present which is valid till April 2020.
So if i take the British Passport, what happens to my wife's ILR dependant visa.
Can she continue on that visa or does she need to change to "British Spouse dependant visa".
And also if she can continue on ILR dependant visa till April 2020. Can she renew (Extend) ILR visa after that ? It will be only 2 and half years by 2020 since she entered UK and as she can't apply for British Passport by that point, she needs to extend her ILR dependant visa beyond visa. Can she extend ILR dependant visa after 2020 if i change to British Passport.

Nothing. Whether you hold ILR or are British, it is the SAME visa she needs.

It is the SAME visa, i.e. Spouse Settlement Visa (not called an 'ILR dependent' visa)!

Yes, she can extend her visa on form FLR(M) for a further 2.5 years.

You need to state EXACTLY what visa it is she holds if you expect strangers on a forum to offer advice.

My wife has changed from Tier 2 dependant to ILR dependant at the end of the last year after I got my ILR on 10 year route.

She is on the correct visa then.. You changing to British citizenship makes no difference to her status.
