Urgent Query !!!

Hi Moderators ,
I have a query regrading UK naturalization application after ILR.

My Husband's VISA History
Tier-1 G Visa -Start 4-Mar-11
Tier-1 G Visa -1st Extn 4-Mar-13
Tier-1 G Visa -2nd Extn start 26-Mar-15
Tier-1 G Visa -2nd Extn Expiry
26-Mar-18
ILR Approved 3-Mar-17
UK Passport received -20-May-18


My VISA History
UK First Entry -22-Jun-12-Visitor VISA
Went back India -30-Nov-12
Came back UK -20-Jul-13 -Tier1-Dependent VISA
Tier1 Dependent Extn received -07-Mar-16
Tier1 Dependent Extn 2 received -08-Dec-17
ILR Approved on 9th OCT 18

Please confirm if I can apply for UK naturalization application now or I need to wait for 1 year ???

You can apply now if you meet the 3 year spouse of BC requirements.

Based on my visa history ( original post) ,am I eligible now for naturalization application ?

Also solicitor has said that I will have to wait for 1 year as my husband got British Citizenship status after marriage.Also please explain 3 year application as I got ILR after completing 5 years under pbs dependent category

As I have already said, you need to meet the 3 year residence requirement to skip the 12 months on ILR and apply as spouse of BC.

No more than 270 days absence in last 3 years and no more than 90 days absence in last 12 months. Also you must have been physically present in the UK exactly 3 years ago on the same date you apply.

Solicitor is wrong and talking nonsense. You only need to be married to a BC at the time of application, regardless if how long your spouse has been BC or how long you have been married.
