Passport processing time-JCAP

Dear All
My passport application was made together with the citizenship application. I attended my ceremony this Tuesday and the officer told me that I should receive my passport within 3 days of attending the ceremony. It means I should receive it by Friday then?
Can anyone give me ideas whether this is true or not ?
Or has anyone of you received it within 3 days ?
