Hi All ;

i just worried about one caution a i had it in 2011, and it kept on my criminal record (DBS) four couple years till last year i noticed that it was deleted when i received my DBS and it been written as NONE in it. may question is should i declare it on the application or not? and far the HO can go back to check? if i don't mention it is that can lead to decline my application and be banned for 10 years to apply for BC?

yes you most likely to get refuse as that will b still come up

even it's deleted from my DBS now? if i say it , is there any chance to get it?

its only show on ur side its dlated on dbs but thay have it on recored for all life

in that case i have to mention it? do you reckon a spend caution can lead to refusal of my BC?

You must declare it, but a caution issued 7 years ago on its own should not lead to refusal.
