Hi Members,

I have been granted ILR on 10 years long residency. I am applying for my child registration using MN1 form. I am struggling with the correct answer of this question below.

Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom?

Should I answer Yes or NO ??

Thanks in advance for your help.
