Hi, my husband will be attending his British Citizenship ceremony soon and I was wondering the following. I am his non-EEA spouse and have Permanent Residence (got my PR card too). I would like to apply for British Citizenship as soon as possible so I was wondering if I can apply as soon as my husband attends the citizenship ceremony? i.e. without having to wait for him to get his passport which can take a few weeks after the ceremony. Do you know if this is possible? Thank!

Yes, provided you meet all the standard spouse of BC requirements to apply based on 3 years residence.

Yes you can, providing you meet all the standard conditions, including permitted absence, KOLL and the good character requirement.
