please someone help with ROA form filling for my daughter , could someone please help ????

I hold ILR , my husband is British from naturalisation. My baby was born in India on this Aug .

My questions :

Section :1 passport / travel document
1.
Q: Issuing authority :
Answer: can I just mention as RPO Chennai ?? As I can’t type full form of ROA as the text limitations was there.

2. Country of residence ( your permanent country of residence)
Answer : India ??

3.How long do you intend to stay in uk ?
Answer : indefinite


Section : 5 (family and friends )

1.Please enter details of what you plan to do whilst in the uk
Answer : Applicant is the baby and will be living with her parents in uk . Is this ok ??

Section 8 ( Under 18)

1. Please give details of your parents / guadrian(s) in your home country??

Can I mention the relationship as Mother and give my Indian address ?? But I have the UK address in Indian passport . So should I submit any of the documents showing my Indian address ???

2. Who are you staying with in UK??

There s no option saying mother or father in relationship . Should I choose other relative??

Yes both parents living in uk and I have ILR, Indian passport with UK address.

The question is , give details of parents / guardian from home country ,,,, so I preassume it should be Indian address as my daughter was born in India and hold Indian passport .

so should I choose mother as relationship and write my Indian address ?? And produce any of my Indian address proof ???

Is the question applicable if the parents are in the UK?

It seems that some questions are not applicable. Being a British citizen is sufficient to have the Right of Abode and consequently a CoE-RoA.

Ok so shall I just mention the UK address ? as I can’t skip this question .
