Section 2 of MN1 form for UK born child

My child was born in the UK and I have ILR. Should I complete section 2 (Residence requirements)?
There are as such no residence requirements for a child born in the UK and some of the questions like
"If the child is resident in the United Kingdom or a British overseas territory (see page 18 of
the Guide), give date and place of first arrival" are totally irrelevant.

"You must also be in UK when Home Office receives your application (date of receipt of citizenship application is the day HO receives it, and you must be in UK on that day)."
Is this requirement mandatory for a UK born child?

In my case, the marriage was registered 1 day after the the marriage was solemnized. Which one should I use for the date of parents' marriage?
It has been indicated in my marriage certificate that the date of solemnization was one day before the date of registration.

The marriage certificate will always state the date you got married irrespective of when the certificate was issued (registered). I have always used date of solemnization
