Hi All,

As an ILR holder am I eligible to apply for Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit?

Will this affect my naturalisation in any degree or cause any other immigration issues? Thanks.

Claiming Child Benefit in your name only and tax credits in joint names with your spouse, won't have a negative affect on a BC application.
