Hi,

Our daughter was born on Dec 7, 2018. I and my wife both hold Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK. I was wondering if we can apply for our daughter's British passport based on her birth certificate and our ILR, or we first have to get citizenship certificate and then apply for the passport.

Yes, if child was born in the UK.
