Hi,

Hope you guys r well.

I’ve got 6 points on my license. The Car was insured but not on my name. (NI10) I did not go court nor court send me any letters about when (date/time) my court is. AIso I did not plead guilty when I got stopped by the police. When I view my details on Gov website. It doesn’t show any court. It says court/fixed panelty office.

However, it has been more than 2 years. Am I able to apply for naturalisation? Or shall I wait couple of months to complete 3 years? I am really confused, and I don’t know what to do???

Many thanks! :)

Have you reviewed the guidance? The main thing is to disclose with all the details - otherwise you may fall foul of "good character" for not disclosing.

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... _2018_.pdf

Quote from page 9:
Fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets) must be disclosed,
although will not normally be taken into account unless:
• you have failed to pay and there were criminal proceedings as a result
• you received 3 or more fixed penalty notices at any level
• in the past 3 years you received 2 or more fixed penalty notices, at least one of
which, was at the upper levels (fine of £200 or more)
We will consider the applications against the factors listed in the Good character
guidance.

Suggest you review all the documentation: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... en-form-an
