Hello Madam/Sir,
Can anyone please do enlighten me regarding these things:
1. I was here 10 years ago but got my ILR under tier 2 rather than the 10 years residency. Why does the online application still asking me about my 10 years work history? is this normal?
2. Lastly, regarding referree; do they need to sign anything on paper even though I'm all doing this online application now.
Apoligies for my inquiry but its just that I havent completed filling it up because of this issues of mine.
Thanks very much indeed for your kind response,

Yes it is normal. You need to complete all the details if you have been in the UK for up to 10 years or however long you have been here, regardless of the route you took to ILR. HO check your work history with HMRC, so best to be honest and not withhold any information.
2. Lastly, regarding referree; do they need to sign anything on paper even though I'm all doing this online application now.
Yes, they have to sign the forms when you get to the end and print them out after you have populate the info.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your time responding to my inquiry. May I just ask lastly in addition to this, I have problems remembering the EXACT DATE that I have started on my previous jobs. I can only remember months and year and the online application wont let me through. Any advise please.
Many thanks again,
