3 years British citizen spouse route

Hi Cr001, moderators and forum members,
1: To apply for british citizenship on 3 years British spouse route, do we need to provide spouse passport copy and marriage certificate only as per AN-guide booklet?
Or
2: Do we need to provide the proof of cohabitation too?
3: If 2nd is yes, do we need to provide 3 documents to prove cohabitation or more than 3? Any time limit on documents like should be less than an year old or something like it?
