Dear Group Members and Gurus,

I submitted my Naturalisation application on Dec 7th at Croydon using the New Service.

However, I have not got any sort of email/letter from HO acknowledging my application.

Is it Normal or should I call them to check whether or not they have received my application?

TIA.

Irfan

An email with the case id is normally received on the same day or next day after the payment is completed. Did you not receive such an email? This is the only acknowledgement received from HO.

Did you apply online, and did you receive an email receipt confirming payment? Have you checked your junk inbox?

My instinct would be to contact them if you really can't find any of those emails.

Hi Konsog,

I used new UKVCAS service and submitted my application in person at Croydon.

Unfortunately, There is nothing in Junk mail folder as well.

You would have completed and submitted an online form AN, which is what the user asked about and you would have likely received an email.
