Refused due to failure to disclose driving offence

Hi all I submitted my application and days after I got arrested for drink driving and the arrest was on the 12th of November and had to attend court on the 8th of December where I was given a ban. my refusal letter says I went to court on the 12th of November and was given a conviction and therefore I am not of good character because i did not disclose so I have received the 10 year ban. is there anything I could do about my situation?
