Hello everyone,
I have my friend who has got British citizenship through Naturalisation on 2016 but his sons are applying BC this year. so which form can they use? and his wife has some visa problem so is it possible to get BC to his sons because first time they applied got rejection due to mom is not settle. so please give some advise. thank you

A child born abroad will qualify for citizenship in form MN1 Iif under 18 when one parent is already British or oplying with the child and the other parent holds ILR already. The rules are clear in this.

A child born abroad is also expected to hold ILR and usually follows the same route as the less privileged parent.
