naturalization application

Hi Folks,
I am holding permanent residence on the basis of EEA family permit for more than a year. My ex-wife is EU citizen. Before, I had ROR after the divorce. I applied for the naturalization through the government website and booked an appointment with ukvcas.com. I am not reallt sure what exactly do i have to bring? Also, do i need to bring the completed referee declaration letters? If not, Where do i need to send them too?
