Question about documents and Biometric provided to UKVCAS and Tax Reference number mistake

Hi All,

I have recently applied for British Naturalisations through UKVAC new process. Given below is what I have done so far.

Applied online and paid for it on the 27th December.
Acknowledgement received via email on the 29th December.
Uploaded all documents online on the 28th December.
Biometric appointment made on the 27th December.
Given Biometric on the 22st January.

I have the following questions and concerns now. All documents been uploaded more then 3 weeks ago and the Biometric given on over two weeks ago but I can still see the uploaded documents on the UKVCAS website. I can also see the options to remove or add the documents. Is this normal or is it UKVCAS still holding on to my documents.
There was no confirmation to say I have given biometric. However have receive an email about 4 weeks ago stating UKVCAS have received my uploaded documents.

Another question I have is, when I was filling up the application form I have given my employee ID instead of the Tax reference number. I have just found out my mistake is there any way I could update or provide the correct Tax reference number to the case worker. Any help advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

Regarding tax reference I would send a letter explaining the situation, quote your reference number, send by signed for, keep a copy.
