Hi

Could you please help me with one question on 10 year Employment History?

It states that please provide last 10 years history. I have been working for last 5 years under my EEA family resident card and than I worked under Permanent Resident Card for 1 year which makes total 6 years. Before these 6 years I had been working under student visa in UK for some time but also worked outside UK for couple of months.

So my question is do I have to give details just for last 6 years from the date I have obtained EEA family resident card or I have to go back to my student life work history too. Please advise, many thanks.

Regards

You are required to list ALL employment in the UK for the time you have been here, up to 10 years history. So yes, you need to list your student years working details.

I had my application approved last month. I only provided last 6 years of employment details when I switched to Tier-2. I had been working part time on student visa for 3 years but I didn't have any record of it.

This is just my experience outcome could be different for you. You should try list all details, as much as you can.
