Hello I'm just filling in the online application form and I have some questions.

This is the first application I've made as I was a dependent for all other immigration applications. When it asks have you made any other immigration applications in the UK what do I put? I'm thinking yes but will they be under my name?

Yes, and provide your previous dependent visa application details.

Even if you applied previously as dependent it's your application too.
