Awaiting Allocation Email From UkVi

Hello to all
I emailed UKVI on wednesday to get an update regarding my application i received their reply next day as below
“ Thank you for your e-mail
Our records confirm that passport fee has been paid, your application is awaiting allocation, and will progress through the system as normal.”
Could somebody shed any light on this what does this mean also this email came from jointcitizenshipUKVI@homeoffice.gov.uk
As i applied through JCAP on 28th nov 2018 but still walting for an outcome also i would like to share that not everybody get an automatic reply as there is general underestanding here as my reply was by some person in UKVI who after looking at my case id replied me .
