Dear All,
I would like to know the proceesing for naturalisation application.

I have settlement visa (ILR) and valid until 2024. My daughter’s - 2020. We got the BRP cards valid from 2015.

Could you please clarify me the following points,

1) do I have to use the AN1 application for myself and MN1 for my daughter?

2) I used my IELTS certificate (issued 2007) when I got my settlement visa in 2015. Is it still valid or not?

3) If not, I have completed my graduation in English in India whether this degree certificate is valid? Or do I need to write a English test?

Thank you very much.

1. It is form AN for you (not AN1) and form MN1 for a child.

2. You can only use an expired test IF it is a test that is still on the current HO approved list and from a current HO approved test provider and at level B1. You also obviously need LIUK.

3. To use a foreign degree, you need UKVI red route NARIC - English assessment and comparable assessment. Costs £150, same as a the IELTS SELT B1 English test.

Dear Sir
I am sending the completed AN application form to Home Office. Do I need to send all my previous passports or just valid passport only?

Could you please clarify this.

Thank you,
