Naturalization as British Citizen

I had 6 points and £280 fine in 2008 with the court while driving without insurance and the same year I was cautioned for fighting at work place .Please will this affect my naturalization applications as a British Citizen as I am now about to apply. I have been doing CRB check and nothing come up. I want to know from 2008 to 2019 will these 2 offences affect me.thanks
