Hi,

I am planning to apply Citizenship for my wife as spouse of british citizen. She has been living with me for past 5 years and has just got her ILR.
I have a question regarding evidence of residence in UK mentioned in the form.

Would her passports be sufficient for that purpose? I did provide council tax bills, utility bills etc. as part of her ILR application as evidence of cohabitation but unfortunately i have misplaced few of those documents.

Thanks

We also lost a council tax bill, so I called my borough council if I could have a copy of an old bill, they said they can't give me a copy, but they wrote an official email with their header etc. confirming our council tax liability for the whole time we lived there, maybe this helps I am not sure.

There is NO requirement for migrants who are Non EU and came through the UK Immigration visa route and ILR to submit evidence of residence.

This is only required for EU route applicants as their passports are NOT stamped.

Another question regarding wife's naturalisation...

We got married outside UK and have got marriage certificate from there(this has been sent to Home office on multiple occasions when applying for Tier2 visas before. but our marriage is not registered in UK.
Can she still apply for british citizenship WITHOUT waiting for 12 months after getting ILR?

Thank you.

Do we need to mention our kids names not applying in this application as her dependants??
they all have been my dependants throughout.
