Variations of a name

Hi all,

I am applying for BC and I am an EU National.
I have a question about the application section where you state your name and additional names.

Say my name is Roberto and I come from Italy (that's just an example).
My passport says my first name is Roberto.
But in some household bills and my driver's licence, it shows as Robert.
Also, people at work call me Rob.

Should I add all these names in my application, or is it only the official name as per my EU passport required and the rest are disregarded?

Thanks in advance.

It is your name per your passport.

So I should not add the other names as additional names?

No. Previous names or other names known as etc is for if you have officially changed your name, i.e. by deed poll. It is not for 'nicknames' etc.

Oh, now I see. Thank you for clarifying that!
