Family application - Spouse of BC Naturalisation and child registration

Hi,
I am a BC since 2018. My wife entered on a Settlement visa (spouse of a settled person) and now have got her ILR recently through the 5 year route. My children also got ILR along with my wife.
I know my wife is now immediately eligible to apply for naturalisation without waiting for 12 months after ILR. Bt can my children also apply along with my wife's naturalisation for registration of children as BC. Or do they have to wait for 12 months from ILR?
