British Citizenship for child born outside UK

Hello

Mother and Child (born outside UK) both granted ILR under Set(DV) in Jan 2019. BRP for 5 years. Father not British Citizen but has ILR before marriage.

1) Would divorcing husband now affect our ILR status?

2) When can we apply for child's citizenship? Please mention the years requirements for the child before and after ILR?

3) When can the mother apply for her citizenship? Please mention the years requirements for her before and after ILR?

Thanks in advance.

1. Should not be an issue.

2. Child can apply when either parent applies. How old is the child and how long has child been in the UK?

3. How long has mother been in the UK? Mother needs 1 year on ILR and 5 years residence plus ILR for citizenship.

Child is 6 years old but in UK since 2 years.

Mother too in UK since 2 years.

1) Can child apply individually before mother as she has ILR?
If yes, when?
If no, when?

OR

2) Both have to wait for 5 years?

Child will qualify for citizenship when the mother does.
