Hi all,

I'm going to apply for british naturalization as a spouse of british citizen. I have been in UK for over 10 years being employed and as well as self employed for last 3 years. Do I need to include both employments in the 10 years employment history  ? Or just the PAYE employments should be included ?

I only have p60 for past 4 years from two employments out of five.  Cannot get letter from employer for 2010 to 2012 as he is reluctant to issue one.

For NI insurance contribution evidence can I use HMRC 10 years emplyment records which shows all my previous employments and NI contribution ?

Any inormation on above issues will be a great help ! Please mention anything else I should be aware of.

Many thanks

I have split your post to its own topic as it is unfair to other posters if you tag onto their threads.

All employment, as the form asks.

There is NO requirement to submit evidence of all employment or P60s or letters unless you are an EU citizen.

Your NI number in the form is sufficient.
