Hi,
I was just wondering if there is a way to know the status of my British citizenship process, any phone number, email address, etc.
Also, I would like to ask when can you apply for the British citizenship passport? Do I need to wait for the British citizenship ceremony or is there a way I can apply before that ?

Passport can only be applied for after the ceremony - when you are British.
There is no dedicated facility to tell you about status - UKVI will only quote six months processing time, though it may be from just a few weeks to three months average, could be longer. The "helpline" that is available is run by an outsourcing company and has no direct access to case files or case workers. Why not post your timeline in the relevant month thread?
