Child born outside UK with one parent BC and 1 on ILR

Hi there. I am a British Citizen by naturalisation and my husband is on ILR. I have 2 children and my youngest child is already British but my eldest child was born outside UK and is currently on ILR. Is it possible to apply for British Citizenship for my eldest child through MN1 even if I am the only BC and my husband is not yet applying for Citizenship?
