I have completed Sopra Steria Citizenship application in Deceber,2018 and have completed my Naturalization Ceremony two days back. Is there a requirement to complete passport application separately or is this included in the new application format from Sopra Steria ? I am getting mixed information from different sources.
Any information regarding this will be helpful.

You have to complete passport separately. It is different form to form AN.
