Hello Please. I came to UK as a student in Jan 2009 to do my MBA but in Feb 2010 my college Licence suspensded by UKBA and I lost my £4500 tuition fee and didn’t get back, I couldn’t find another college to apply for CAS letter and my student visa expired in may 2010 but I was unable to go back my country because I’m was political activist and I was tortured in the past and I was informed in the UK that my uncle had been killed due to political activities, I was in fear to my fundamental human rights. I tried to claimed asylum in ASU Croydon but I couldn’t register my claim and became overstayer. Finally I received a call from ASU Croydon to claim asylum and they registered my asylum case . After interview they granted me refugee status in 2012 and in FEb 2018 ILR granted . I applied for Naturalization in Feb 2019 online and biomatric done in UKCVS office but I didn’t receive any reply from home office. I am worried about Good character requiresment brcusse I was overstayer before claiming asylum. I would grateful for all your comments. 🙏😳 l

your overstayed period would likely bring a delay or highly likely refusal.
