70 years old.Where to enter age exemption online?

I initially filled in the paper AN form at the beginning of March and then found they had been withdrawn. On that form there was a whole page on Knowledge of language and Life in the UK and I was able to select the option of exemption on the basis of being over 65 years.
I can't find a similar option online
I have tried phoning the digital assist people but that number is not functioning.
Are you able to advise please? I am finding this very scary ! I wish I had done it when it was paper forms only!
Many thanks

Note, we cannot all see the online form.

What options are you given at the LIUK and English part of the online form?

I don't see any options related to English Language or Life in the UK test. All I get is a heading Residence requirements and then ..
Do you meet these residence requirements? my answer YES
Are there any reasons why you cannot meet the requirements to become British citizen(eg you have too many absences from the UK) my answer NO
If you do not meet statutory requirements to become a Brit citizen, are there any special circumstances why you think the Home secretary should still grant your application my answer NO
I don't think this is where I should enter claiming exemption here but really confused.

Perhaps your date of birth tells the system to suppress the LITUK/English requirements?

1. HO obviously knows the rules re exemption.

2. Does the applicant hold ILR/PR or Settled Status?? What is the immigration history of the applicant?
