MN1 for child with ILR less than 12 months

Hi,

I have a query on eligibility for a ILR child registering for British citizenship.

Here are the details:
- Child born outside the UK in 2012
- Father got ILR in Aug 2015 & BC in Jun 2017
- Mother got ILR in Mar 2018
- Child got ILR in Sep 2018

As the child has got ILR only 6 months back and the mother not applying for naturalisation - does the child qualify for MN1 under section 3(1).

Appreciate your response and pointers to any official material on this as I am to find anything on this in gov.uk website or within immigrationboards site. I am sure this might have been frequently asked but so far I havent come across the same case as mine.

Thanks.
