Dear members
Friend of mine got a question about his situation I wish I find answer x

He is family member of an eea national he entered UK in 4th of March 2011 on Visa eea FP family member for 6 months he have sent all his documents to apply for residence card as family member of eea he sent them to the home office in July just two months before his Visa expired((Visa was valid until August 2011 )) he got 5 years residence card started from September 2011 expired in September 2016 again before the expiry date one month before that he applied for permanent residence card he got it and it started in January 2017

My question is about the gaps between applying for first residence card and his Visa
And the gap between his permanent residence card and residence card
All the documents was with the home office that time and they put the date which they want is that will affect on his naturalisation application?

Thx , regards

There is no questions asked in application form and nothing to be worried about as the applications were made before any leave expire so it’s all good to go
