Urgent Question about "Good Character" Requirement

Hi Everyone,

I have recently received a written warning from the council for the failure to comply with requirements relating to household waste section 46A Environmental Protection Act 1990.

The council warned me that I might pay pay a fixed fine of 80£ if I fail to comply, but fortunately I fixed the problem and complied with the mentioned policy and thus I did not pay the fine. Should I include the written warning in the section of "Good Character" in the application?

Thank you,

Unlikely this is recorded as you complied with the requirements, eventually, doubt whether this is a criminal matter.
The caseworker guidance (page 19) refers to warnings in the criminal context: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... idance.pdf

Yes. They asked me to comply with the relevant regulations within 14 days, otherwise they are going to fine me. I was wondering if someone here got the same problem so he can help. Should I declare it or not?
