Home Office are moving over to digital application - you can try and use that form but be aware you will have to send all original documents to UKVI and may have to wait for return until the decision is made. I suggest online and UKVCAS appointment and you will retain all originals, including passport, etc.

We understand that we will send all the original docs and we have to wait to return them back and we happy with that as we just really comfortable with the online application , I still need to know if the paper for valid for people inside uk or not !
Thank you

I have not seen any announcement from UKVI that they will no longer accept paper forms from either inside or outside the UK.
Eventually they will make this announcements when they see fit. Clearly they want to promote online and I am not sure what the objections are, we are applying to the government after all, and yes I am aware of data breaches in all manner of organisations.
