Naturalisation questions

I am filling out the Naturalisation application online and have two queries, hoping for someone to help today.

Just to give you a bit of my background, I hold an ILR and got it through the spouse visa route in 5 years and came to the UK as a student. My queries are as follows:

Immigration Details
Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?
-For this question do I need to provide details of my student visa, spouse visa#1, spouse visa#s and ILR application or just the spouse visa applications and ILR?

Documents
Are the following documents enough?
-My passports with stamps
-My spouse's passport(British National)
-Life in the UK test result
-English language test certificate
-P60's for the last 3 years
-Signed forms by my referees
-Do i need to provide pay slips? If yes for what time period?

Thanks in advance
