Need to leave UK

Hello
I am in a difficult position. I have recently been naturalised as a British citizen, which I am very happy about.
Unfortunately, recent events in my family may force me to travel back to Poland for months, maybe even years.
What would happen to my British citizenship? Are there any issues I should be aware of?
Many thanks for any and all suggestions!

Nothing happens to your British citizenship. Once you're British, you're British, unless you commit a very serious crime or are considered a national security threat in which the Secretary of State can move to strip your nationality.
You just need to sort out your personal affairs like forwarding address, closing down accounts etc, so you don't run into unpleasant surprises like unpaid bills leading to CCJs after you've departed.
Also, have you already applied for a British passport? It might be handy to have that in the future, when you return to the UK, even though this won't be particularly necessary.

Thank you Nerazzuri, especially for the part about closing down accounts!
I will want to get a passport first - can be very useful.
Anyone else has any thoughts/suggestions?

Nothing else to add. You have been given accurate advice already.
