HI Everyone

I am looking for some advice.

I got ILR recently, i have a baby who is born in UK, i have applied for his Register as british Citizen using MN1 form, but my baby is travelling abroad for couple of months.

To be able to re-enter he do not have UK visa, so can i apply for Right of abode/certificate of entitlement once his register as british citizen is approved ?

father still on ILR and mother in Tier 2 dependent visa, baby born before father ILR.

Thanks

many thanks for the reply.

You mean baby can travel out of country (on foreign passport) and once his Register as british citizen is approved i can post that so he can apply CoE from abroad ?

Coe and ROA are the same thing.

It costs a few hundred pounds though and can take a couple of months.
