Naturalisation Approval

What is the format of the naturalisation approval notification, is it a postal letter, or an email?
Also what is the usual wording of the notification, is it something like "Your application for naturalisation has been approved?" Or is it more like "You have now been naturalized and you now are a British Citizen?"

You don't become a British citizen until your attend a citizenship ceremony at the local council you live in or nominated, and then receive a naturalisation certificate.
The letter informs you to contact the local council within 21 days and attend a ceremony within 90 days.

It'll arrive in a brown A5 envelope with the words "If undelivered please return to Home Office, The Capital, New Hall Place, Liverpool L3 9PP" written at the back of it.
