I am Non -EU Family member and having UK Permanent resident since 2018 and my baby was born in UK May 2019. So is my child automatic British citizen? Baby dad is Non-European and not living in the UK.

If the child was born in the UK after you acquired permanent residence, then yes, the child is automatically a British citizen and you can apply directly for a British passport for the child with their brith certificate and proof of your permanent residence.

Given your child was born this year, and you became a permanent resident last year, your child is automatically British.
