Form AN or Form T?

Hi,
I'm trying to decide the best route for a citizenship application.
As far as I'm able to discern I have no proof I was in school ages 4 - 10 (can only get proof of secondary school, and the documents my mother provided for ILR were kept by the home office). I can probably access my NHS records through my GP, but without the school records, is there any point in attempting form T?
If I go for form AN: is it more difficult if you have lived in the UK your whole life? Has anyone else done this method?
Thanks for any replies!
